What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I started in software in the late 80’s where water fall was king. For me, progress to agile was not only natural, but a necessity. Since circa 2000 I have been leading teams emphasizing unit testing, continuous testing, short end-to-end cycles, and early error detection.
What do you plan to learn /explore at this conference?
How do other people go on estimating agile projects.
What is “post†agile? Where do we go next?
How do you plan to contribute?
