- What is your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I am currently pursuing an internship in software development at Menlo Innovations LLC., Ann Arbor. Over the last three months I have been training at Menlo to implement the process of Agile developments in projects. Because Menlo is an "agile" environment coaching is a part of my job every day* coaching my peers, coaching my team and being coached myself.
- What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I have several goals for this conference:
- To observe, analyze and learn the various techniques employed by different Agile Coaches
- At the end of the camp I should feel more confident with my own coaching abilities, and more importantly convince veterans in the Software Industry who have not been using this technique that this is the way to go.
- I want to meet with other people who implement Agile Development and hopefully make some new connections with other people in the field.
- I am eager to learn from the experience of the others.
- How do you plan to contribute?
I am happy to share my experiences in the sessions and unofficial events I attend.
I have three specific topics to propose:
- How do you scale up agile coaching withing a large organisation?
- Which concepts of agile development must be stressed upon by an agile coach and which can be compromised?
- How can I implement agile coaching in multinational corporations in India?
