My Experience
I have been training and coaching teams in XP since the turn of the century (the most recent turn, not the one with the funny hats). During this time, I have worked with teams in many problem spaces, with different experience levels, and management structures. Some have had nicer offices and some have worked in better climates. While each team has had its own issues, they have all had one thing in common, as desire to do better.
What I plan to learn
Although I seek to learn something new every day, I find in problematic to predict what it will be. My experience with conferences such as this one is that I will learn unexpected things, from people I did not know, doing things I didn't think could be done.
What I will contribute
I don't know, but whatever it is will be the right thing.
