What's your experience coating teams toward being Agile?
For the past 2 years I have been evangelizing the Agile religion to my current employer, a small consulting company with about 20 employees. Over the course of the pilgrimage there have been many of un-believers. I myself have at one point lost faith, but was able to see the light after a project that was near disaster was saved only by the practices that were used in the beginning.

Often you will hear members of the team chanting in the hallway:

Thou shall use TDD
Thou shall meet for the daily scrum
Thou shall build early and build often
Thou shall pair program with the guy who forgot to wear deodorant

hmm, sounds kind of like a cult more than a religion (wonder if I can get a tax break)

What do you plan to learn / explore at this conference
Implementing Agile in small teams
Implementing Agile at consulting companies
Implementing Agile with junior developers

How do you plan to contribute
I plan to be a very vocal/active participant and provide information of my success with Agile and
more importantly my failures with Agile.

I promise no robes and chants.
