What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?

Prior to becoming an agile coach, I was a developer (for 15 years). Having tired of trying to drive agility from engineering (which I found to be quite a task), I embarked on a new journey - to help entire organisations - not just teams - transition to agility. Over the last 4 years, I have successfully helped 4 teams begin the journey towards a more realistic and honest approach to software development - agile!

What do you plan to learn /explore at this conference?

Being a self employed coach can be a lonely existence. I want to discover a kinship amongst coaches, to share what I have experienced and be amazed and enriched by the experiences of others.
Specifically:

The use of theatre and role play in team building
Exploring the rights/responsibilities/duties/obligations of an agile coach - what are our professional standards?

How do you plan to contribute?

I wish to share my comradeship and objectivity. To hear what others want to share and contribute my views in a way that extends our collective understanding. My particular area of interest is in the improvement of people in the software process (through NLP and other psychological tools) and I would like to facilitate exchange in how , as coaches, we can better help make bad teams better and good teams great!
