What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I am a professional trainer, conducting training programs on XP and Scrum, for various large and medium-sized IT companies in India. I have conducted free agile training programs and sessions at academic institutes in India. I have also been a speaker in some Agile Conferences in India. And finally and most importantly, I coach and mentor the software team in my own organization for agile methodologies.
What do you plan to learn /explore at this conference?
Learn innovative techniques for imparting knowledge about agile methodologies to diverse range of participants.

- Share my own experiences in conducting agile training sessions for beginner, intermediate as well as experienced levels of participants.
- Discuss the topic of "role of QA in agile methodologies", as in many companies I find this to be one of the important areas of interest or concern.
