What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I am a project lead for several non-Agile projects for 3-4 years, but was not satisfy with how the non-Agile projects being run.
So I started to search for alternatives, and came upon the XP book by Kent Beck.
From there onwards, I am hooked to Agile practices, continued to read other books on Agile, Scrum, Lean development, TDD, etc.
Whenever possible, I would try to adopt Agile practices into my non-Agile projects, but it was a struggle without management support.
I have joined Pillar last year where Agile is totally embraced, and is assigned to a customer site that has our own Agile team. We are doing TDD, CI, daily standups. We are in the process of cross-pollinating our Agile practices to other teams at the customer site.
