What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?

Three years ago I joined a team in a large corporation that was
transitioning toward being more Agile. I worked with a phenomenal
development team to implement Agile practices that the organization
would adapt later adapt. I learned through reading and speaking with
other people who had been through the process. I took the knowledge
and experience gained during that time to a new position with another
large corporation trying to accomplish the same thing in small
development team in a proof of concept manner.

What do you plan to learn /explore at this conference?

I hope to learn what others are doing, and have done in regards to
changing larger organizations development processes. I have
experienced teams that are excited about the changes, and teams that
fear change. There have been hurdles that I have been able to help the
teams overcome, and some that I have not been able to jump over. I
would like to see what other people have done in similar situations
and see what other Agile processes are successful, or not. I'd love to
come out of this with better coaching capabilities.

How do you plan to contribute?

As someone who has been going through this for this for a couple of
years now, I feel I have a bit of knowledge that could help others. I
plan to be active in conversations and I have many questions to ask of
those who have had different experiences using different Agile
processes.

I look forward to great conversations with Agile experts.
