I am working as an agile coach for for 10 years now. Before moving to an agile coach role, I was a programmer and played different roles like scrum master, Product Owner, Build manager, etc, and learnt how different phase of product development works. I worked as an external consultant as well as internal agile coach. I have created agile center of excellence in organizations to navigate and strategize transformation efforts. I also worked with some great coaches like, Craig Larman, Bas Vodde, Laurent Sarrazin, etc.
I am currently working as an enterprise agile coach for GE Healthcare. I am responsible for GE Healthcare agile transformation in Asia region. Coaching leadership, working with teams, mentoring budding coaches are part of my current job. Current efforts are more on getting enterprise agility.
Meet like minded people. Learn from them about how are they navigating through the challenges to achieve business agility. Looking forward to be part of a community with passionate agile coaches. I am keen on learning some new practices, or improvisations.
I can share what learnt through my journey and I can also share about the new experiments I am trying. I have interesting stories about do's and don't in a large enterprise.
