What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?

I've coached teams on Agile for 3 years starting 2014 until 2017. This included change of teams' structure completely from following a waterfall model to agile practices. In 2018, I was coaching teams who were following Agile but not completely and struggled a lot on making the changes in the practices they followed.I helped them so that they could benefit the most out of the scrum ceremonies and agile practices.

What do you plan to learn /explore at this conference?

While I have experience of coaching teams who either start to follow Agile for the first time or who already have been following it but need some improvement, I consider myself way far behind in my understanding of whether or not to challenge the practices of agile already being followed or introduce a new practice that fits the way of team's current workflow. It would be good to know what other coaches think about changing a practice or two in Agile that was considered to be helpful before better later on was realized as a not so helpful approach

How do you plan to contribute?

Most of my contribution will be asking questions that I have from the experience in my companies and the challenges that the teams faced while following Agile. I'm really looking forward to learn from all the coaches.
