What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I have been working with Agile teams for about 6 years. I do care about people, and while I am familiar with processes and technology, I don't forget about individuals and interactions.

What do you plan to learn /explore at this conference?
I will try to unlearn things and come with an open mind.

How do you plan to contribute?
One of my pet peeves is getting dogmatic about agility, focusing too much on practices and processes (nothing wrong about them, it's what we make of them). However, I also realised that getting frustrated about it and complaining that "they don't get it" will not help either. I am happy to share my experience both about the annoyances I see at work (as a coach) and how do I personally deal with them.
