What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I started my Agile journey being a team member of a SCRUM Team way back in 2010 at IFS R&D International LTD which is a multinational enterprise software company headquartered in Linköping, Sweden. The company maintains development centers in Sweden, Sri Lanka, Poland and North America, with 3,500 employees and corporate subsidiaries worldwide. IFS provides enterprise software for ERP, EAM and FSM . Then I became a SCRUM master and later transitioned myself into an Agile coach and started coaching teams / management on Agile mindset for distributed teams across different countries within the company.

What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
Would love to hear the challenges and learn tips on changing the mindset of top management in organizations.

How do you plan to contribute?
Looking forward to share my recent experience on doing squadification to form self selected distributed teams where the squadification was done with a large group (around 70+ members) distributed across 4 different sites in 3 countries. The challenges, outcome and how they responded to this concept. Further looking forward to share my knowledge and experience on coaching distributed agile teams and my learning experience at https://agilecoachcampcanada.ca/ in 2017
