What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?

Relatively I’m new to Agile though I have 15 years of IT Infra support experience. I have done my Scrum Master certification 2 years ago. Now a days, I’m Academy Trainer on Scrum Master Certification and continuously helping few departments in setting up Agile Team. Recently I have helped setting up Scrum of Scrum Teams (Org model) where 5 different teams(based on theme) are running concurrent sprints from the same product backlog. On request, I have run few doubt clearance session for Senior Executives and convinced them to adopt Agile Scrum within their Departments. I found many are interested in knowing limitations of Agile and I always share them about what positive outcomes are available even against known limitations.

What do you plan to learn /explore at this conference?

I’m looking forward to meet others who are running similar activities in their organization. Want to learn from their experiences, their challenges and how they handled such. I’m more interested to know about handling the behavioural/ mindset change than technical/ toolset challenges.

How do you plan to contribute?

I want to be active participant and want to share my little journey in Agile way of working. I want to say about the difficult journey of adopting Kanban and Scrum in Infrastructure Support world. How we are adopting this strategic change and slowly changing people’s mindset and things we always keep in mind and how we have resolved issues within Department.
