What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I first heard about agile in 2002 from a coding magazine when I had no clue about even waterfalls or anything about software processes. However, it was in the back of my mind and I believe this helped me to strive towards agility when I started my professional journey.
Due to my interest in XP practices, I had something to offer to the team in helping them to write clean code, which lead to me mentoring developers in the team. For the last two years, I have been working as a technical agile coach.
What do you plan to learn /explore at this conference?
While I will be happy to hear the experience of other participants in all aspects of agile, I am particularly interested in exploring the 'learning' aspect of agile. What can a coach do to achieve learning that makes an impact and is sustainable?
How do you plan to contribute?
I would like to initiate some conversations around the role of a coach in impactful learning and like to be part of other discussions where I can contribute my experiences/ learn from others.
