What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I am a agile developer/coach enabling teams into agile and lean practices for quite sometime now. Considering people over process and addressing the social aspect of software development sometimes brings out wonderful teams and successful projects.
What do you plan to learn /explore at this conference?
Recently I was involved in 200 members scrum team and experienced some of the agile principles difficult to implement. I like to know how we can scale agile in larger and distributed teams. Since I am a true believer of generalist over specialist I like to know how that worked out for people in other agile projects.
How do you plan to contribute?
Well conference is all about meeting people and sharing each others experience and learn from them. I really passionate about agile and love to share my experience. If required I can volunteer couple of sessions.
