On my Journey of Agility
What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I formally started working with so called Agile using Scrum in 2010 as part of Scrum Team and over time learnt about the framework more and more. Then in 2015 there was a revolutionary change in the way I perceived agility. I was enabled to think about agility beyond frameworks. I started working on bringing the mindset shift in my teams along with coaching the teams on practices that set them on path of being agile. From past 2 years I started working with teams as agile coach where I primarily work to identify what are the missing pieces in their agile implementation and what is that they need to improve on to mature further in their agile journey.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I am still a beginner in my journey of agile coaching and agile transformation. So would like to learn from fellow agile coaches about the challenges of the game, how to better engage with your teams. How we as coaches do continuous improvement in our ways of coaching and keep extending our boundaries?
How do you plan to contribute?
We all have a variety of experiences over time in our journey as agile coaches. I can contribute by facilitating a retrospective as a group and see how can the agile coaches serve teams and organisations better. This will help learning from mutual experiences and bring forth some forward steps for us as agile coaches.
