What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
My experience is that performing the activities stipulated by methods (XP, Scrum) is the easy part, setting your mind is the hard. Understanding pull instead of push, self organisation (it is not just saying it, then not letting go of detail control), or how I pursue lean principles in my everyday work.
What do you plan to learn /explore at this conference?
Organisations that has transformed from traditional to Agile and their difficultites. Any company that has tested the mindset of Toyta way.
How do you plan to contribute?
I plan to share some experiences of transforming organisations and teams, and also share some experience of one way of combinng strategic and local goals in an Agile organisations.
