- What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I am a performance testing coach. I have been doing functional and loadtesting a variety of applications for the past 10 years. Last few years I am also training developers on concepts of load testing, Developing scripts, monitoring and interpreting the test results and also coaching/mentoring the projects teams in agile environment.
- What do you plan to learn /explore at this conference?
I would like to learn more about "QA / better testing practices in agile methodology's". Gathering the requirements in agile is challenging. Especially collecting the performance/load test requirements and setting up the environment is very difficult. I plan to know how others are doing and also how to improve the quality of the code. I would like explore the tools at various levels of testing (unit, integration, System testing). I would like to learn about TDD.
