What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
“Our lives are not measured in years, but are measured in the lives of people we touch around us.” This thought motivates me out of bed every day to invest time and effort enabling teams/organizations to understand their true potential and guide them towards happiness and prosperity. I am an XP practitioner since 2006 and is actively coaching the teams since 2011.

In my stint with various R&D organizations across different domains, I learned a lot from my failures and a few from my achievements. It's this experience that has molded me as a pragmatic Agilest and a peoples Leader who strongly believes "The key to successful leadership today is influence, not authority."

Being a software craftsman in heart one of my areas of specialties is Agile Technical Practices hence I am also known in the community as an Agile Technical coach. Another area of interest I cherish apart from public speaking is designing hands-on workshops for developers. Some of these workshops have been adopted and build as a curriculum in major R&D organizations.

I do lead the Agile Engineering practices for Accenture across India and honored to be titled as "Distinguished speaker" by Association for Computing Machinery. With gods grace, I am also fortunate to have authored 8 patents and several publications across different domains.

What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?

I am looking towards unlearning than learning, this process helps build a lot of focus and guides me in the right direction. Philosophically I am looking for direction.

How do you plan to contribute?
I have a bunch of stories from my experiences which I love to share, some are failure stories and a few are success. I love to share.
