What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
For more than a decade, I've been helping teams be Agile while myself on the learning path always. A few years ago I've moved from a Delivery Head role to a pure coach role. Even though I've done coaching in my previous role, being just a coach with out delivery responsibilities and perceived authority, there are challenges. First thing is to switch in my mindset. Then the articulation and approach. Also, choosing right time to intervene, ability to influence, earning a 'trusted advisor' tag, etc.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
How do you plan to contribute?
I will be happy share my experience and learning with others. I could talk about the key areas I focussed on, what helped and what did not.
