Be the change you want to see!!

What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I'm an HR professional and from what I have learnt, I view Agile as a learning approach. In 2018, I got my very first opportunity to build a team. With an aim that they experiment with new ideas frequently and come up with better work approaches that deliver long lasting results, I look forward to incorporating Agile in their way of working.

What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I believe Agile is more than a technological concept and it has the potential to be of use to a larger audience. Considering my background, I'm keen to:
- Understand Agile mindset
- Learn about Agile applications in different streams of work like sales, marketing, HR, operations, etc.
- Draw parallels/ analogies in real life situations (successes, failures, challenges, etc.) and how an Agile approach can impact outcomes
- Know about some success stories wherein organizations have reaped tangible benefits of adopting Agile methodologies

How do you plan to contribute?
I aim to practice Agile myself in my day-to-day work and life situations, and also encourage my team members to do the same. In this rapidly changing world, Agile seems a fitting methodology to enable business excellence. As an HR leader and a business partner, my endeavor is to bring best practices to my organization and Agile is one of them.
