• What is your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?

I have been part of a team that started practicing Agile from 2006. Our team researched various Agile practices and decided on using Scrum since last year. I played the role of a scrum master on a project and I like the structure and visibility it adds to our work. Throughout the project, I have done my best as a facilitator/coach to the team.

• What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?

I would like to learn others experiences in Agile.
- How was Agile rolled out across their organization. An organization wide agile rollout seems to present different challenges compared to getting a team to adopt Agile.
- Do product owners own/manage the product backlog in other organizations? In our organization, it is the development team that manages the product backlog. The development team prioritizes the stories based on input from the product owners.
- Do the teams align their sprint schedule with their production build schedules?
