What is your experience in coaching teams toward being agile?
I work in an agile shop right now and I feel like I coach the team every day by way of challenging them to find new and innovative ways improve what we do. Likewise I expect my teammates to do the same for me. On the flip side I’ve worked on non-agile development efforts where I have attempted the uphill struggle of getting them to see the benefits of the agile philosophies without much success.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
Is agile a process or a culture change or both?
How do you plan to contribute?
I plan to contribute by asking questions and sharing my experiences. I also find that there is much to be learned from healthy debate so I plan to bring new ideas and challenge the ideas of others.
