Transformation : An attitude

What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
Agile can be successful only when transformation happens. In my experience transformation can't happen by changing things like process, tools, technology, partners nor the people. Transformation can only be effective if the attitude of the people working in the organisation change and it happens through change in mindset. Attitude is a state of mind, that makes a huge difference.
I have seen many organisation providing lot of training and knowledge sessions. Different people/organisation have different level of understanding of agile and their maturity level is different. Yet, struggle internally to understand & realize the transformation benefits for organization and self. As a coach, encouraging them to understand the next level of deliverables with speed and value is the key.
Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, but a very few make it happen..............they are the ones who carry that attitude.
Yes, Attitude matters!!! Unless each individual irrespective of the position/role carry that attitude transformation is merely a hype.

What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I would like to enhance my knowledge by exploring innovative ideas, that various organisations use in helping people transform or change their attitude.

How do you plan to contribute?
Be a great learner. Also happy to share my views and experience, if that matters .
