Transformation and Change: It's messy but what are the right questions

What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
It’s been a journey of over 15 years since first reading the Agile Manifesto back in 2003. I’ve been lucky to be part of some committed individuals/groups where I’ve been able to build the agile practice amidst all skepticism and be seen a key influencer and change agent. Agile India has been the backbone for all the learning and I’ve been privileged member of the community where I’ve contributed to several conferences. Today, I work with the leadership, management and the teams in trenches steering myriad different challenges to instill the essence of agile over dogma. You can find some of my learning ((http://www.slideshare.net/RK_Ravi/|here))

What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
There are many interesting experiments and learning in the field. I’m curious to hear some of the interesting stories and also explore something deeper that might be a unique way of solving problems; be it, leadership, management or teams.

How do you plan to contribute?
Some ways in which I can contribute….
  • Be a sounding board and give a patient hearing to some of your challenges and I might have thing or two to share that may help you untangle the challenge.
  • Share my experience is some of the complex changes.
