What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?

Although I have not begun to coach teams in the Agile development, I do expect that soon it will be expected as my company moves towards this cultural shift. With several years of experience in coaching teams on the inclusion of process improvement in their software development, I am attracted to the philosophy of all team members taking ownership in product development.

What do you plan to learn explore at this conference?

In my organization Waterfall is THE way of life, so I am eager to learn techniques to assist my organization in this mental shift necessary to move towards Agile development. It is likely that I will play a role in the development of the framework for work developed in the Agile methodology, so, I am also hoping to gain insights into best practices and retrospectives of Agile development experiences.

How do you plan to contribute?

I look forward to actively participating and will share my experiences with implementing new methodologies into a several different environments over the last decade.
