As noted in my position paper pmboos_paper, I am interested in discussing my experiences in improving our agility at Rural Development and learning of things that would become blockers to success or have folks fall back to non-agile approaches. Here is my ActionPlanBrief that is intended as brief to my development team, personnel that were part of an assessment that was conducted on our team two months prior to my arrival, my management (up the CIO chain), and finally my internal RD customers.
