I'm the Founder/President of RADSoft, started in 1996 as an incremental process and object-oriented development consulting company. In 1999, I started my first eXtreme Programming project and since then, I have created several Java and Ruby on Rails teams at RADSoft that deliver outsourced software solutions using our customized version of Scrum/XP/Lean Software Development principles. I currently live most of the time in Manhattan, New York when I'm not back in Idaho escaping from the hectic city life. I spend most of my time coaching teams in other organizations and managing the flow of outsourced work to our high performance development teams in our beautiful Coeur d'Alene, Idaho offices. I've trained, coached and mentored dozens of projects and thousands of developers around the world over the last 15 years of my coaching career and I'm still amazed at how much I don't know that I don't know.
