I am a Project Manager for a Federal project for US Department of Agriculture. I lead a 10 member team on this project and I am currently in the process of customizing agile implementation in a Federal project environment. Prior to joining USDA, I have managed close to 20 projects using Agile methodology with teams located at customer and remote locations. I am a PMI Certified PMP as well and I am leveraging as much of my PMI learning as possible.
