What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?I've been working on Agile projects since September 2007. In this time, I've had the chance to be ScrumMaster? on a large project involving many challenges. I also trained the project's successive ScrumMaster? on all things agile.
What do you plan to learn /explore at this conference?
I am looking for tools that will help me develop my coaching skills in the next months. I am continuously looking for new ways to improve productivity, effectiveness of meetings, and the transitioning of projects to Scrum practices.
I also have great interest in finding new exercises that would help product owners identify and express their needs in the project start-up phase as well as in the backlog maintenance sessions.
How do you plan to contribute?
I would like to share my experiences on projects involving a team distributed across different countries (Canada, France). I participated in these projects first as a developer, and then as ScrumMaster?, working collaboratively with the clients.
I'll also share my experiences in pair-coaching to assist companies adopt agile practices.
Finally, I'm looking forward to exchange ideas with people who are passionate about agile coaching!
