What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?

I've been involved in many quasi-agile projects, but haven't had much experience when it comes to coaching teams. For one reason or another, I always seem to find myself working within very small teams, often consisting of only myself. I have recently become fairly passionate about learning, teaching and coaching.

What do you plan to learn /explore at this conference?

Some of the topics I'd like to explore at the conference are:

1. How to virally infect Agile into a team that traditionally practices waterfall. How to inject the Agile practices that provide the biggest value with the least amount of resistance.

2. Different coaching techniques for different teams/situations, and how to know when to use them.

3. How to continuously learn when you're always the teacher was also a topic that peaked my interest.

How do you plan to contribute?

I plan on contributing by actively participating in open discussions and sharing my experiences and thoughts on various topics. I also plan to contribute by applying what I learn at the conference into my everyday work life and spread the knowledge to everyone I interact with.
