What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
- I have been involved in agile environments for over 4 years. I was part of one of the largest projects practicing agile in US and been personally transforming one of the divisions of a media company into an agile shop. In the past, I have also mentored and coached organizations practicing OO techniques.
What do you plan to learn /explore at this conference?
- Do's and Dont's in agile practice in comparison to traditional project management
- Measuring team and individual performance across sprint cycles
- Managing release cycles
- Engaging Business/Product owners effectively in the sprint
How do you plan to contribute?
- Share my experiences working with globally spread teams practicing agile, challenges and solutions
- Tools(open source/ COTS) for agile team management
