What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?

I’ve worked in a paired BA/Usability/Design role for three years, and I both coach and learn every day. Rotating through different projects, partners and clients provides a continuous opportunity for introducing others to the agile design practices that we use.

What do you plan to learn /explore at this conference?

I am interested in learning more about working with completely uninitiated folks. In what ways to people “plant the seed” for Agile thinking? How does a groupie encourage others to walk the path to Agile? What strategies do others use to overcome typical objections?

How do you plan to contribute?

I offer perspectives of Agile from a BA/Usability/Design role, which I believe may be unusual for most organizations. I can enthusiastically discuss how we do our work in an Agile environment, and why it’s the coolest thing ever.
