I'm an independent agile coach, based in Toronto, ON. I started with agile methods in 2002, moving my team (part of a heavily (and heavily dysfunctional) Waterfall department) to the engineering part of xP out of self-defense. Afterwards, I spent three years doing client-facing xP development and helping to drive process improvement. I moved into management, built two good solid agile development organizations that produced drama-free software every iteration, and now I'm helping clients through transitions of their own. I've been a developer, team lead, architect, manager, and coach, and I'm still learning.
I attended AgileCoachCamp2008 and NorthCarolina2010, and I'm looking forward to Waterloo in June. I've been roped into helping organize Montreal2011.
